Blouse with a ruffled collar trimmed in cotton lace, black lace bands down the front sides and horizontally on the sleeves. Center front twist at the front waist line and fixed gathering at the back shoulder line (cut to give the illusion that the top is sliding backward), held in place with an inside yoke on the blouse.
