I call this Grés as this particular dress is inspired by Madame Grés. Hand shirred under the bust and below the waist, the belt holds and shapes the dress together. An irregular hemline (not quite handkerchief but close).  The leather belt here is plain black but is actually sold with a black and white "zig-zag" belt.
